Meat consumption is projected to rise by 76% by 2050, risking further climate change. This food truck experience and its accompanying website aim to visually communicate the sustainability of meat consumption and the limited resources we’ll face if we don’t act now. Targeting urban areas, where many are disconnected from the origins of their meat, it encourages more mindful eating.
